Why does Mrs. Casey teach dance? She says, “Dance is an art form, a way to express yourself, a challenge, and much more. Being a dancer takes great dedication and my goal is to teach that to my students. It is amazing to see a child grow each year as a dancer. Dance is a great form of exercise for young people and it is a full body workout that leads to increased energy, better strength, and better health. It is a lot of fun, too!”
